Zero inspiration whatsoever as evident by pictures. Dumbasses.

It'll be interesting to see how this games pans out in another 40 mins or so. Millie and Pearce didn't play a lick in the Canada match. Carolina is without Riise. Wonder how much time Slaton will play seeing how she played a bit in the earlier match today.

Who thinks Sermanni may have not been the right choice for the Power? But then again you can say the same for Gabarra.

I'm not ready to hang Sermanni. NY has been very unlucky with all these injuries. Also you gotta go back to 2001.... it took teams alot of time to gel... NY's roster is one big overhaul so time is what they need for a HEALTHY team to GEL!!!!

Millie and Pearce just arrived not too long ago. They arrived in a black Escaldade. It wasn't ******** out though. :D

Unni Lehn for the Courage has some big shoes to fill. She is slated as Riise's replacement as the playmaking midfielder.

Don't know how much I would depend on the league's matchtracker. It pretty much sucks.

SCHWEET...Bishop Kelly product Maite Zabala will be in goal for the Courage. I wonder if the local sports editor for the Idaho Statesman will cream in his 44 inch waist jeans.

Well the game is delayed 30 mins. Wow. In just the span of several commercials the weather has turned sour. Very dark clouds rolled into Cary. Now it's raining cats and dogs. Crap. Now what?

Typical NYC commericials. Thank God for living in a small town.

I sure do hope the weather has let up in Cary. It's gonna suck if they have to prolong the delay.

    Maaaan boooobs....maaaan boooobs....maaaan booobs.

Looks like they are delaying it another 15 minutes.

Ugh. I think this is gonna be an ugly match. The rain is still coming down hard.

Well looks like the weather has cleared up. I see sun. WTF!?!? 8pm start?!

You're pale, you're lazy, your momma is ugly!!! Whoa whoa whoa.

OK looks like this game is gonna get started.

    Ugh. A one hour delay.

Courage wearing their blue uniforms. There is Roary the gay lion. Power with their white uniforms. Power are going left to right.

Yay Maite Zabala!!! That's Boise, Idaho baby!!!!

Millie and Welsh standing in the center cirlce waiting for the ref to start things off.

The Power have not won since July 24. Ouch.

First chance by the Power goes for naught. Easy pick up for Zabala. I think Millie tried to head it in near the top of the 18.

Zabala looks like she ain't got much of a leg.

2nd minute and Pearce with the throw in from the near side. Courage send it out. Another Pearce throw in goes for nada.

3rd minute and Smolak is able to come off her line to slide and grab the ball before a charging Prinz is able to get onto it.

4th minute...Pearce going down near sideline to the endline...results in Zabala getting ready to kick it off. Yeah...she doesn't have much of a right leg.

6th minute...NY on a counter...Millie running onto it....Zabala outside the 18 is able to flub it out....Zabala backpeddling to her goal....Millie wide open in the box...some Power player sends a looper towards goal...Maite easily catches it.

Jeez...Zabala comes outside the 18 again!!!! It's gonna come back to bite the Courage in the ass.

7th minute...O'Hanley making a run on the near sideline...crosses in...intended target was Fotop...doesn't get her.

7th minute...Boxx given a yellow for taking out Birgit's right ankle...freekick from pretty far out...Prinz, Lehn, and Fettig over the ball....I think it was Fettig that sent the ball to the near post...nada.

9th minute...Smolak charging hard off her line to snatch a ball up before some Courage player is able to get it. I don't know who it was. O'Hanley? Fotop? I don't know.

10th minute Christie Welsh makes it 1-0. Welsh on the far side going 1 v 1 with Fettig...jukes Fettig...right footed shot...goes far post...nice individual effort!

I must note that Welsh got into the 18 when she was going 1 v 1 with Fettig.

Carolina earns a corner...Prinz takes it...Rapp able to get her head on it...sorta cleared out.

We are now entering the 13th minute...Courage send the ball all the way back to Zabala to get things restarted.

Prinz on the far sideline making a hard run...does she make it before the ball goes to the endline...nope.

16th minute...Raveia is injured...it was the result of running into Baxter. Crap...they are replaying the Jacqui little collision again. Ugh. That has got to hurt! Looks like Raveia is favoring her left leg.

Baxter receives a yellow card. I havne't seen the collision with her and Raveia though.

19th minute...hard foul on Prinz...Prinz is complaining to the ref...no card issued to whatever Power player it was that took her down.

    Raveia is looking fine.

20th minute...Millie fouled at midfield...don't know who it was...Roberts maybe??? Tietjen with the freckick...sends it into the 18...nada....eventually gets cleared out to Baumgardt...she sends it to the concession stands.

Do they sell grits at SAS?

22nd minute...Janss 1 v 1 with Zabala......ARGH....she missed that!!!! SO DAMN CLOSE!!! It should be 2-0 Power now!

Janss had a point blank shot...maybe a bad angle?

    OK...

Millie got the ball like at the top of the 18...she loops it over to Janss but on the replay it was obvious Janss was offside by a yard or so.

We are now in the 24th minute.

Where is The Mighty Midget milbrett and her toe sling?

So far the Power have had the edge in this half.

    25th minute...Courage with a throw in deep in Power territory...Prinz takes a long range shot...shoots low...wide right.

HA HA HA!!!!!!! The Breakers are beating the Chodes 3-0!!! Where the ************ are their fans boasting about their team now?!!?

Oh come on....Millie got taken down in the 18 near the endline and no call on whatever Coruage player it was that took her down. Linke is speculating that Millie dove.

Much like Mia...Millie needs her touches on the ball to create chances. When players like them don't have the ball at their feet they can't do squat.

We are now in the 29th minute.

Kim Yankowski's birthday is tomorrow. She turns 31. She is a year older than milbrett and I! :D

    Power still controlling this match.

Several seconds ago Millie cracked a shot from about 19 yards out but a Courage player was right in front of her when she took the kick.

30th minute and the Power on the counter goes for naught.

Peters cracks a shot from about 20 yards out and nada.

31st minute...Prinz going towards the 18...several defenders hanging on her...Smolak off her line able to break that up. Prinz had at least two other Courage players on her left that she could have dumped the ball off to.
