Re: Re: Re: 4/22/03: Alice Springs Isn't he technically a "co-share" or something like that? I seem to remember MLS at the time taking every opportunity to say that they absolutely do not take players on loan.

Great stuff in the Dallas Morning News. It's refreshing to see a humorous piece that mentions soccer in a complimentary way. I may even send the guy an email thanking him for not cranking out the same old tired crap that a lot of other sportswriters think passes for humor.
So according to this article, developmental players can be called up by different teams? Or MLS has players under contract that aren't on any team, just waiting to be allocated if the need arises?
sorta.... but i believe he will or has been signed for the fire although the comment about the kc coach calling him sounded odd i don't think i've seen a press release from the fire mentioning his signing... perhaps something will come up today
I think the Metros loan is a great idea. With so many Boca fans in the NYC area, it would be a neat turn of events if they played a few years here and then went back and played for Boca. This probably adds two good young players who will add flair and possibly interest while Bradley rebuilds. -digital
