A very long day's drive. I can't get there. You need to go North about 250 Miles, and then West through the whole state of Tennessee to the Mississippi River. Too long for a day trip.
Memphis is CP's home town...close to it, anyway. Hopefully this game will draw a good crowd. I thought about going, but I think I'm gonna sit this one out. Hate to miss out on the BBQ, though.

ugh, come on Pohlers score one! It seems like the vets don't do much in exhibition games. The article talked about the reserves a lot; do the vets even take these games sereiously or were the reserves that good last night?
These games are more for the new players to prove themselves, players like P and Bri don't have to prove themselves as much and for them it more about having a chance to just work out some kinks.
Actually she DID play. She was in the starting lineup. She only played 24 minutes though, but she was in the game. Shows how much he was paying attention. Guess the slugfest distracted him.
