Unfortunately no tactical substitutoin of Cherundolo. He had two capital mistakes that just with much luck did not lead to the 0-2. The TV announcer said that Cherundolo was the weak point of the team today. The “real” 2-0 seemed to be offside btw. And in the last minutes a Vinicius header was either stopped on or behind the line – the pictures could not clear it.
Look at header title....WOW.....WHAT A COMEBACK! Cher at 60 playing in the BL...that is one talented FRAU...more comebacks than Michael Jordan
Cherundolo rated 5.5 http://www.kicker.de/content/spielp...2/03&spieltag=25&spielpaarung=572376&turnier=
I know this has nothing to do with this game buti didn't want to start a new thread about it. We always used to shout USA USA when Steve was introduced in the pregame procedure. Because of the current political situation there are some fans who are a bit unsure if they should continue with that, here is the link to the topic on the biggest Hannover 96 message board: http://www.das-fanmagazin.de/forum/...id=&threadview=0&hilight=&hilightuser=&page=1 I'm afraid it's in German but you might understand a bit, it has already more than 130 responses. You could try to translate it with http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en, I tried, the result, is funny but it's better than I thought: For example: I skandiere U S A since beginning of the yearly no more also. That has to do however nothing with steven. Much-calibrated we should call instead of the USA times "steven - steven" to roar. Then all can celebrate it with "good conscience" and the tendency rise.
Nice fan site, but some got problems... David Wagner and Michael Mason are about four years away from Gütersloh meanwhile, but even today there is at least one big fan-flag still including the US flag - nobody would think about taking it off (I'd rather take off the Dortmund flag this guy included ). Regarding the calls I think a long "Steeeeeeeeeve" when he's getting the ball is much cooler. We always shouted "Williiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" for Willi Landgraf and it had a pretty good effect.
