The FIFA Imperialism Trophy - shockingly enough, it doesn't go to Italy or the UK, though both of them are getting lifetime achievement awards in 2027.
Y'all are more plugged in than me. What are the official USMNT supporters sections for the Belgium game on 3/28? Is it 136, 101, and 102? I see some moderately reasonable priced resale listings in 103 and 135 that I have my eyes on, but just want to know what I'd be getting myself into.
Can’t find my ticket for Belgium but for Portugal we are in 101. Not sure if AO has sent out their actual tickets yet but 101 is where we are for Sammers
I am still holding out long odds hope for a ticket to see the USMNT in games 2/3 in Seattle/LA. I will be going solo and need a ticket that is less than $500 a ticket. I am thinking about upgrading my US Soccer Insiders package from free to VIP Insiders which runs $185 a year. Based on the below link it will significantly increase my odds. I am a Sammers member which might get me an increased chance as well. Only time will tell and good luck to all hunting tickets. https://www.ussoccer.com/insiders-2...tm_campaign=wcticketinfo_join_upgrade_dec2027
Found my ticket and indeed we are in 101. List price was around $35-40 so hopefully you do see some reasonable pricing. I also believe this game (might be Portugal too) was part of Atlanta United Season Ticket package so might be because some folks selling off their tickets.
From the email: To unlock a unique FIFA Participating Member Association (PMA) access code, Standard Insiders will need to complete a $1 verification. This step helps prevent bots and duplicate accounts, ensuring access is reserved for real fans. Will there be bots? Oh yes. Will there be duplicate accounts? Absolutely. To top it off, it's not even refundable, nor does it even appear to be applicable towards the cost of the tickets. Someone is making a small fortune on these $1 payments.
I agree 100%. To the customer, spending $1 is nothing. To the customer that doesn't get any tickets, it might be a different story. To the ticket seller, who's making thousands of easy dollars here, well...
Just wait till you read that if applying for conditional tickets (knockout rounds) where US doesn’t end up playing, FIFA has until December to pay you back
People are such rubes, spending their tax returns like it's free money. Just wait until they realize the US government takes it out of their paycheck in, say, June and pays it back in April. (Interest, anyone?) Then again, I've witnessed people at amusement parks asking if rides are "free" when they paid to get in.
To get your code from US Soccer, you also need to enable location sharing in browser. You can then select premium supporter and after a few clicks accept down grades, to potentially have a shot at Premium supporter, standard supporter, and value supporter. I might try to swing seattle but ill have to take a red eye back that night for a wedding
As indicated above, emails are going out from US Soccer in waves about applying for tickets. For the love of all that is good.....PLEASE READ THE EMAIL. Read it twice (or thrice) if you need to. It gives all good information about the process.
Applied for 4 in Seattle - 2 in the FIFA draw and 2 in the US Soccer Insiders draw. Good luck, everyone lol
Was it? I remember plenty of people voicing opinions about those countries hosting; I don't remember people threatening to boycott. I could certainly be wrong.
There was some discussion about boycotting the TV broadcasts. Will the teams boycott the World Cup and pass up the exposure it brings?
Because clearly the Germans -noted advocates for human rights that they historically are - have moral standing to be outraged about someone wanting someone else's land. Either way, the estimated 4000 South Asian slave laborers who Qatar sent home in boxes would like to have a word. But they can't.
Watching the Six Nations rugby on ITV in Britain. ITV introduced in-game ad breaks tonight. 30 seconds each. During clear stoppages of play. Split screen, no action missed. People are melting down on social media. #itvsixnationsadverts The reactions to multiple ads during 3 minute water breaks ... each half ... during the World Cup are going to be a hoot.
Reading the some are seeing participating members tickets show up in the below link. I seem to have struck out so far on my one ticket to game 2 and one for game 3 for the USMNT. Now holding out hope for the next lottery. https://fifa-fwc26-us.tickets.fifa.com/account/files/?redirect-disable
This is me, finding out I'm not going to be able to watch Six Nations this year because it's paywalled. Boo hoo.
