Yes it was after the first round but before a ball had been kicked in the second. I thought you did pretty well with those early predictions. We all changed our thoughts as matches progressed but I thought 10 out 12 at that stage was pretty good.

Iran is competing in the Central Asien tournament. Today they drew 2-2 against Tajikistan and they won 3-1 against Afghanistan. They are conceding goals to almost any team. Irans football is in a very bad shape and once again the coach is to blame. And still we have Iranian members in here, who supports the guy. Im afraid Iran is the worst team at the World Cup and Im afraid of some Big Big trashing

I somehow think UAE is a more interesting team than Qatar. I hope they make it over them.

I think UAE is the favourite now in Group B, despite Qatar having the home and rest advantage. They've had much better results lately, while Qatar is in poor form.

Qatar 0-0 Oman FT. I think whoever finishes second in Group B has a good chance of beating either of the two teams.

Honestly, none of the teams in group A is really that good. I Will root for Oman, since they are a more classy team than Qatar and UAE. Those countries have to much power in Asian Football and a bunch of nationalised players. I prefer Oman

Exactly. I think theres a 50/50 chance between KSA and Iraq. Given all the advantages maybe slightly more edge towards KSA but hopefully not. Today will make things much more clear

Yea its difficult to predict Group B. If it was around the asia cup times, I would have said Iraq. They were really good at that time, but lately they have gotten some bad results.
Saudi isnt as good ad previous either. All the foreigners in their League has made the domestic players play less or not playing for the best teams as before. But they are at home, which is a huge advantage.

Iraqs advantage is that they know the result of Saudi Indonesia before their match against Indonesia. Say saudi win with 1 goal, Iraq know that a 2 goal win would be huge.

Indonesia are behind 2-1 now, but they Can compete against both teams and I wouldnt be surprised if they win or draw against Iraq.

So what's gonna be the tiebreakers? H2H or Goal difference? It's gonna be wild if Group B had all teams at 3 points by the end, haha.

Indonesia 2-3 Saudi Arabia FT. This result really opens the door for Iraq on Saturday. If we manage to beat Indonesia by more than 1 goal we only need a draw last match. Also, Kanno received a red card and will miss the last match. Happy with the result!!!

    Congrats to KSA!
Iraq could've done much better, but I guess they're content with choosing the harder route. Good luck!
