Argentina has looked like crap a lot of this tourney, but they specialize in that and then getting far (Italia 90 anyone?). England had a tough match in Azteca (although Mexico's transition D was hot garbage). Today Norway should have put England away and can only blame themselves for letting them hang around and then get a second wind.
