Haiti denied a clear VAR review for a handball. It was a penalty for me. The tight no action control over VAR is baffling to me. Makes me think FIFA are trying to tone it down so eventually when they favor certain teams spectators won't be expecting VAR review and won't catch on.

 

They are a farce, as are 5 substitutions and the refs have done nothing to improve falling for the flopping. The flopping is at an all time high in this world cup.
