Cruyffian principles winning is always good for the game. Everyone will have to raise their game, can’t just do lazy defend and counter Tuchel/Deschampes ball. There is a right way to play the game with a proof of concept, curriculum and development system that already exists. Let’s keep on reinventing a shitty wheel, yay!
Visual dissent is .... questionable but we can allow. The second yellow was two players running fast for a 50/50 and the one with the extended leg was not Enzo. There is no extended leg or violent movement by Enzo. Stinks of prejudice.
When I first started becoming a fan in the late 80s/early 90s...................Spain hadn't won anything in a while. One Euros in the 60s. They were known as underachievers. Since 2008 they've won two World Cups, three Euros, and a Nations League. Its a miracle of unbelievable proportions that we beat them at the 2009 Confederations Cup. The lineup Spain used that day was scary.
Argentina played on the edge of dirty, but mostly fair, but that’s a dangerous game, and they paid the price. The first yellow was the really damaging and unneccessary one
We see the path forward for Spain............. ...............but this feels like the real door slamming shut on an era of Argentina. Where from here???????????? The Nico Paz show?
First yellow was shocking but paredes couldve had multiple yellows and they reaped what they sowed. No prejudice.
Best keeper? He barely makes a save...lol That belongs to Martinez...Talking about the winner takes it all
Probably. Some others are Ayyoub Bouaddi of Morocco, Johan Manzambi of Switzerland, and Antonio Nusa of Norway. .....................but Cubarsi is just exceptional.
As a 19 year old, your job is to defend Messi in a World Cup final I’d have given the golden glove to Martinez. Unquestionable for me
Yeah it was a yellow, and you could see as he was going in that he was going to be late. I was pulling for Argentina, and think they could’ve made it to penalties had he not done that, but it was a deserved yellow, and Spain deserved to win.
