Hard to believe we got smashed by this Swiss side (albeit with a subpar lineup)

I was in the middle of typing how this format makes a 1-0 loss a pretty good result for massive underdogs (especially in an opening game), and they don't really need to push for an equalizer.

Figures lol. Honestly think it's a fair result though, dreadful by Switzerland

Switzerland FAFO'd. Group B just became fascinating. Bosnia or Qatar will go through with a win in their final group game, regardless of what happens on match day #2.

Brazil unquestionably has talent but definitely the least talented Brazil of my lifetime. But they have Ancelloti so maybe that’s the difference maker (and he’s also the coach who’s gotten the most out of Vinicius Jr.).

FIFA still does not release the video clip which is very fishy…This controversy will follow fifa until the end of the tournament, unless they give fans the footage.

Switzerland drew the weakest team, but…
I wouldn’t be surprised if round two is a pair of draws as well.

Neymar is not even on the bench. He’s too old and too injured. That’s why he’s not supposed to be here. What a waste of roster spot!

I have to root against Brazil but Morocco's AFCON antics pissed me off so can't be too enthusiastic about them either.

Look back over that lineup, find out how many consensus starters were in it, and how many Poch starters were in it. 2 for each and numerous players that aren't even backup options to most.

So it was basically the equivalent of us rolling out a Cupcake team +Tillman, Turner and old man Ream, against much of the starters for the Swiss. That's how and why it happened.

I can't figure out other than that this is in keeping with the Swiss playing up to the talent of elite teams, and choking against weak sides. Bizarre.

Forever out on Morocco after that. Simply can't support a team that absolutely determined to actively cheat for a faux title, off the field, on the field, and in the board rooms. So immensely gross, I'm out on them forever more basically.
