The World Cup break is nearly upon us. Last week saw Miami breeze past an injury riddled TFC side 4-2 to start things off. The Red Bulls went on parade in Chicago with their 3-1 victory over the Fire. Montreal picked up a 2-0 home win over Orlando. The Galaxy went east and scored their first ever win at the Benz when they outlasted Atlanta 2-1. New England came from behind to beat the hapless Union 2-1 in Foxboro. GC Dallas won 2-1 over RSL in Frisco in a game between two of the season's surprising early performers. St Louis picked up a 1-0 victory over the Rapids at a breezy DSG. Portland showed absolutely no pity on a terrible SKC side, winning 6-0 in the Rose City. The Pigeons picked up a surprisingly easy 3-0 win over the Crew at Yankee Stadium. Houston went to BMO Stadium and picked up the weekends most shocking result with their 4-1 romp over LAFC. This week sees a full slate of midweek action in addition the full schedule of weekend games. Charlotte and NYC start things off on Wednesday at the Bank. TQL will be the place as FCC welcome Messi and Miami to town. New England and Nashville meet in Foxboro in a top of the east clash. Vancouver travel to Frisco to take on FC Dallas. In a top of the West clash, Seattle welcomes San Jose to the Emerald City. Montreal and Chicago will get things started on Saturday at Stade Saputo. The Revs then take on the Loons at Gillette Stadium. The stadium FKA Red Bull Arena will be the site of this seasons first installment of the Hudson River Derby. The first Rocky Mtn Cup game will take place at America First Field, with both teams featuring exciting young talent and playing styles. The Qukes will take on Dallas to cap off the Saturday slate of games. Sunday sees Miami still looking for it's win at their Nu Stadium when the Timbers visit. The final game of the week sees MLS' last CCC entrants face off in Music City when LAFC takes on Nashville. As usual all game times are eastern. National broadcasts & Free games are listed.
