The pre-World Cup stage of the 2026 MLS Season is quickly nearing its end. This past week saw Real Salt Lake pick up a nice 2-0 win over visiting Portland. Orlando made "the greatest comeback in league history" when they overcame a 3-0 deficit to win 4-3 and keep Miami winless in its' Nu Stadium. In a battle to get off of the struggle bus, Atlanta beat fellow strugglers Montreal 2-1 at the Benz. The loons went to Scotts Miracle Grow Field and left 3-2 winners over the Crew. The Revs continued their surprising strong start to the season with a 1-0 win over struggling Charlotte at Gillette. Dallas went east and left with a 2-0 win over Red Bull New York. In a classic game on the shores of Lake Michigan, Cincinnati picked up a late 3-2 win over the Fire. Houston got a contentious 1-0 victory over plucky Colorado down on the Bayou. DC United went to Citi Field and sh!t all over the Pigeons to pick up a 2-0 win. Austin closed out the week with their own dos a cero win over St Louis. Toronto gets things started when they host Miami in the after lunch game. Chicago takes on a Red Bull New York squad looking to return to winning ways. Charlotte looks to get back on track when they take on FC Cincy at the Bank. Dallas and Real Salt Lake meet in Frisco in a battle between two of MLS' best youth developers. In Saturday's best matchup, Vancouver travels to San Jose to take on the Quakes. LAFC and Houston close out the week in Hollywood. As usual all game times are eastern.
