Seems I recall a breakthru game in Atlanta for Brendan Aaronson a few years back so maybe the same will happen for another Union youth. We can dream.

Has a reigning Supporters' Shield winner ever started the following season with four straight losses?

how about a championship winning team not winning a match in the first 10 games? the LA Galaxy covered that last season… they did 0-12- 4 before finally winning

When Iloski missed the penalty, I got a sinking feeling that we were going to lose. Again.

I can understand Kai's transfer, but not Glesnes and Baribo being sold. Letting Uhre go on a free was stupid too.

I am pretty sure Uhre decision to go back home was personal not really financial. Glesnes and Baribo being sold now was certainly to make sure they got something for them. I also think if you are going to turn over the roster at the top that much you might as well go all in. Please don't take my comments to necessarily endorse any of these decisions. They clearly cut deep this time and it has been and is going to be rough to watch. My eye tells me the players we have aren't scrubs and they all have some talent but we are very young now and the chemistry is just not there anymore. Sometimes it just takes time. Sometimes it takes a trip to the go cart track (lol does that kind of sh!t ever work?). And sometimes it just doesn't work out for reasons nobody really knows why and you need to start shipping/buying new players. Unfortunately for us fans I don't see that happening during the season if it goes that way.
