They are really suffering by not being able to have two attacking outside mids on the field for the whole game. They could probably get some results with some major changes in tactics but that would be a violation of the philosophy. They will ride it out, see what they have once Quinn comes back, and then make whatever changes after the season. Unfortunately they used to just be one or two players away from the cup now they are one or two away from just being competitive.
Well.... let's see how well Danley plays at the WC. He may not be here come the summer. Same for Makhanya. That said, they could play dos Sullivans in MF in the 10's. Shift Indy to the 8's and partner with Bueno or Lukic. The real question is who do they play up top alongside Iloski? At this point it has to be Eze partnering with him. Bruno just doesn't bring anything ion the final third. Maybe trade him to Columbus or Montreal? Also, the Crew's result/performance last night got their coach fired.......
If I had a nickel .... I don't know if it matters who is up top the way we are playing so it hard to have a real opinion.
