I can see the low-event case, but I don't think it stays a pure 0-0 unless Argentina can keep Spain out of the half-spaces for an hour. Spain should own more territory; Argentina's best route is to turn two or three transitions into the whole match. I'd expect a tight first half, then one goal to open it up rather than a full shootout.
