Say what you will about Argentina. They get better as games get more difficult. They seem to get more focused and their football iq seems to pull them through. I hate this team and their fans but can't hate on their fut. Go Spain.
For better or for worse, Mexican commentators try to be more neutral than their homologues in other countries, in large part due to how long the Mexican national team has been a symbol of the establishment thanks to its links to Televisa. Stuff like Martinoli praising the bitter rival in a moment like 2013 would never occur in other latitudes. I do think this has its downsides when the team doesn’t perform as expected. But Cántor is just one in a huge pool of Argentine sports journalists who have no qualms about expressing their favoritism.
agree, but I doubt that Spain can take this one over them . They look solid even though they don’t score a lot of goals. They Have have a few comebacks while loosing ..

England needs to cut this guy loose. Welcome to the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome of WC finals. I can't stand Spain and I despise Argentina. I suppose I would've accepted Argentina as one of the finalists, provided France also got to the final for a shot at payback for 2022 and especially Enzo Fernandez's racist bullshit. I mean Spain has a couple of black guys too but nowhere near enough for it to be the gutpunch to Argentina's racist ass players/fanbase it should be if they take an L because Spain is still a white af European team/country at the end of the day. So as it stand it's a lose-lose, especially if Argentina repeats, which would be utterly revolting. 2022 was bad enough. Mbappe and co. slam dunking on Argentina and sending those bitches home crying would've been the perfect way to conclude this tournament, it's a damn shame that's not gonna happen. Unfortunately I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. I'll remember it for Mexico's historic run and the immaculate vibes surrounding it, the nads getting ragdolled during primetime in front of 40 million viewers, and Cape Verde's heroics too ig. Everything else was mostly irrelevant to me or oiled up bbl cheeks.

aunque pierda argentina, el premio al mejor del mundial debe ser para Messi, y balon de oro si gana el mundial
its always funny when sudis and centries say mexican commentators are deluded, when for the most part they are neutral (compared to sudis and centries)
