I think it’s been interesting tactically but we’re never going to generate anything like this. Seems wonky to play so defensively when Korea is too.


I think Edson is better in defense than montes and he’s better there than he is in the midfield

 

Don’t know what you do without breaking the shape. Korea will score if you take off defenders. The players are like shell shocked for some reason.

Some changes are in order because the last 15 minutes were alarmingly bad.

 

Playing like shit. No surprise with this lineup though Edson & Romo have been decent

For a lineup that's predicated on holding possession, we're not doing a good job of it.

 

Looks like Aguire went into defensive mode with this roster. Here's hiping he puts in some guys who can creat in the second half. Romo needs to gtfo.

 

I wanted to see mora. But if we cant get possession why put him in.

 

El Vasco Aguirre. A man famously for being a nervous wreck and for puzzling lineup choices brings out a midfield that wouldn't generate shit in liga de Expansión. MF hasn't done shit nor improved since the 2010 WC that he sabotaged, and now he's probably senile to boot. I'm still dumbfounded by his return.

 

Typical Gallardo... makes a great run which leads to nothing.

 

Why is Romo playing?
