Australia has slipped into Nigeria's planned friendlies for November with Nigeria making the CAF playoffs. They will now play Venezuela and Colombia in the USA during the November window. A couple of nice matches to pick up late.

My current prediction for Ecuador is 0-0 scores in each of their Group stage matches. They can be so boring.

Canada had the better scoring chances despite being a man down for the entire match.

Admittedly I had a few beers last night but I can't think of a single Ecuadorian chance beyond when they hit the side netting in the first half. Terrible from them.

    Nat'l Team:
    Uruguay
    Uzbekistan 2-0 Egypt
    Saudi Arabia 1-0 Ivory Coast
    Tunisia 3-2 Jordan

This is important because Tunisia may leapfrog Ivory Coast for the last spot in pot 3 according to the projections.

A pretty ordinary performance from Australia and the score flattered us a bit.

It happened, according to this tweet Tunisia indeed leapfrogged Ivory Coast and are now locked in Pot 3

Tunisia still has to play Brazil, which they will likely lose.

CIV play Oman, which they would win potentially.

I wonder if that would change anything.

Will the African Cup of Nations have a say or will they form the groups beforehand?

It says in one of the replies that CIV can't catch Tunisia anymore this window even if Tunisia loses against Brasil and Ivory Coast beats Oman
The groups will be formed before the AFCON, this is the last FIFA window before the draw

    Brazil 2 Senegal 0

Brazil gets their revenge. They looked good, they are one of my few favorites for the cup next year even though lots of people are writing them off.

With Brazil's win over Senegal, now there is only one team that has played against Brazil and never lost: Norway.
