    Very commanding display by Canada.

I've been saying since the last WC they are the best team in Concacaf.

Meanwhile the US lose 2-0 at home to South Korea. US look lost.

I wouldn't yet go that far given how much they screwed the pooch in the Gold Cup and Nations League, but at their best, they're easily better than anyone but Mexico in the region.

They messed up in those 2 competitions but did by far the best of the big 3 at the Copa and also did the best in the last WCQ campaign.

The Copa trumps those other competitions IMO.

Also when Canada is at their best, they are better than Mexico IMO.

I think now though that US is easily behind those 2. Mexico did well today against a very good Japan side.

Australia def New Zealand 3-1 in Auckland earlier today after beating them 1-0 in Canberra on Friday. Decent games. Australia used several fringe players in both games. Nestor Irankunda who is doing well at Watford and has scored some ripper free kicks there was prominent for the Socceroos. NZ as usual very strong and hard to play against. Won't be a pushover at the World Cup. Chris Wood the Nottingham Forest striker scored for the Kiwis.

I don't know why, but somehow South Korea always gets blown up against Brazil, even when the Brazillians are not that good and the Koreans not that bad.

They just seemed too much in awe of the Brazilians which used to happen to many teams in the past.
Too much respect and they get caught ball watching. Defenders making innocent mistakes cause they are just mentally lost before the game even starts.

Chile basically does the same thing against the Brazilians historically.

Colombia looked great, Mexico was utterly terrible. The team is just downright bad without Raúl Jiménez and Rodrigo Huescas.
