I believe this the final summary -- please post below if any results are disputed or anyone believes that any revisions or additions are needed. In past seasons, "cups" via the FPL site were not run for VSR and/or Sand. If either or both were run this year, can someone provide those results? Anything else that anyone "won" this season??? Props to Journeymen for running away with the contest for highest total points of all the All Rocks, taking the step to the top after finishing a close second last year. This is also now three years in a row for Journeymen as Small Rocks champion. Although I failed to update the year, I included the wins in the FPL Cups run on the FPL system. Here is a screenshot of the FPL Small Rocks Cup 2025-26: Pingree Parks Rangers pulled it out in a low scoring final round. (Disregard the highlighted game(s) -- my score(s) are highlighted since I accessed the Cup scoring through my account....) As a reminder for next year, VSR and Sand can also have this FPL Cup, but I believe the option to run it needs to be selected to set it up when the league is set up at the beginning of the year.
And, here are the results from the FPL Cup for All Rocks 2025-26, final 3 rounds..... The Round of 32 was in gw34, with some teams getting a bye based on having the highest scores in gw33, and then the Round of 16 was in gw35, leaving us with 8 teams that advanced to the Quarter-finals......
Turning to the 2026-27 Community Shield, here is the top 6 in FPL points: The top 2 teams based on FPL points will advance to one of the semifinals for the All Rocks Community Shield 2026-27. Assuming they return, in GW1, semifinal 1 will be: Journeymen vs Starboy XI Congrats again to both on a great season. **If either or both don't return, we will proceed down the list, with Seagullz currently the first alternate.
Semifinal 2 will pit the top 2 teams in Cup scoring against each other (after removing the teams who have already qualified for the Shield Competition as a result of FPL points). Here is the final tally: So, Semifinal 2 in GW1 is Real Newark vs Seagullz. If either don't return or if Seagullz gets moved to the other bracket, we'll head down the list with Dawgs in the 1st alternate spot. Notes: The Community Shield participants get points. While this is a short contest at the beginning of the season, everyone who is a returning team was eligible for it, and thus it counts as an All Rocks competition. (Division specific competitions like the Small Rocks Cup run through the FPL system or the Sandy Cup run by Norm are not All Rocks competitions, and do not get points) As the Super-Eliminator Cup is a separate Cup, I added 1 points for winning that since it is a head2head and the participants have already received 3 points to win the BE and DE Cups. I included the All Rocks Cup run on the FPL system. Again, it is shorter most, but it is open to everyone. For competitors that did not have a 3rd place game, I awarded 1 point to teams that lost in the semifinals. Note: reducing that 1 point to 0.5 and treating it as a shared point is the 2nd tie breaker (had Real Newark not already won the tie between the teams with 6 points under tiebreaker 1 with 2 cup wins, it would have have still been top using tiebreaker2 since it did not have any shared 3rd place points ). The third tie-breaker is FPL points. Both Seagullz and dawgs had a shared 3rd place finish, so still tied, we went back to total points, with Seagullz prevailing 2028 to 1982.
