Ioaniddis was great, everything seemed to go through him.

Kocho has played himself to the bottom of the rotation, seems to be getting worse every game. CM probably needs to be addressed in Jan.

Still think Edu is underrated. Would be the best partner to Ruben Dias if he played more imo.

Problem with Edu is that he doesn't stay healthy.

Simoes has also surpassed Kocho in that lineup.

    0-0 half time

Dominant but not a lot of clear cut chances, we did have one off the post from Geny but the team looks slow

Ioannidis with a key header - finally broke them 1-0

Ioannidis has been clutch, I think he's threatening Suarez at this point for a starting spot

    Pote 2-0!

Great hit, should put this to bed

That is the reason for the Ionnaidis signing. Set pieces. Dudes clutch.

    2-0 final

Another result that came from the bench, squad depth this season has been important. I remember some horrible benches we've had in the past, you would look and see nothing on the bench that could change the game.

Up next, Juventus away, they've been in bad form but Spaletti just took over the team

Fair. Sneaking ahead of Suarez for me these last couple games.

At least we finally seem to have a threat from corners with Ioannidis and Diomande

Yeah that equalizer was bubbling for a while. Diomande is getting away with a lot out there.

Vag getting caught out and not being able to get back and defend.

Not to mention, our wingers are doing nothing with the ball in Juve's final third. They're just dribbling the ball to the byline and standing there slowing down the attack. Juve got a ton of urgency after our goal. We need to wake up and starting playing more aggressively.

Our wingers are just naturally like that. Trincao and Pote don't do anything quickly. I think a guy like Alisson can definitely make an impact again

Getting dominated and no changes from the bench. Any counter attacks are instantly ruined by trincao who slows everything down. 50m for Quenda so far looks like a steal

1-1 final but we did our best to try and lose in added time...

Can't complain with that result, when you have 0 shots on target in the 2nd half, can't expect to win.

7 points and a home match against Club Brugge, 8 points should be enough for qualification, 10 points will surely clinch it, ahead of Bayern/PSG/Athletic

The best team we've beat this season is still a 10 man Marseille. Great game from Rui Silva. Still the same issues, midfield always just seems outnumbered, wingers are too slow and look uncomfortable playing where they are, Quenda and Geny aren't good enough to start. Although Geny has been pretty decent the last few games.

I honestly don't get what people see in Quenda. People demanding he gets called up for Portugal is so odd. He has a terrible final ball.

Agree with all of this. Our midfield is awful at controlling possession. Our wingers outside of Allisson are clueless and have no idea how to dribble at players and be aggressive with the ball. And yea, I always thought €50 million for Quenda was a steal. Dude ain't it but SCP fans gonna slob his knob like he's Rorigo Mora.

If it gets reinvested into a true winger that has pace and dangerous dribbling it would be a big step up. But yeah agree on what's said

Been saying Quenda trash for ages. Amorim was a genius for realizing it and converting him to the only position he’s actually useful in, wingback
