Southampton are 7th, they can push for a promotion play-off! It'll be too late for Matsuki to make the WC but he can get into a Japan squad afterwards providing he keeps going in good form. I don't know what will happen to Sugawara for next season

Not just the goal, but an all-around decent performance by him. Very active in pressing, making tackles, clearances and recoveries, etc.

Matsuki is a fighter and a strong willed individual. He captained Aomori Yamada in the All Japan High school football tournament and even lead older teammates. He then played for FC Tokyo and became their captain. And then fought for his place at Goztepe. So I think one day Matsuki will fight his way into the Japan set up and he's got the talent for it. But he can't play on the wing, he needs to play more centrally.
