Hasn't been announced yet. The 2022 edition was held in July while the 2018 edition was held in November. But 2024 has the Olympics in July, so it'll probably happen in October/November.

Now that's a proper upset :) (although Cameroon is dropping in the ranks for some time now)

Cameroon has really declined since the 2019 WWC.

Burkina Faso surprise of the round so far! Though I guess they were aggregate 0-2 against Morocco and Senegal in the finals last year, so holding South Africa to a draw maybe isn't so surprising? Might be a team on the rise.

The Keyna-Botswana draw is also interesting... Neither team has really made significant waves in the past, but last year Botswana were aggregate 1-3 against Morocco and South Africa last year, and of course Kenya bested Cameroon in qualifying this year. Also a pair that could be rising.

I believe I've seen Kenya's Esse Akida beeing shortlisted (top 3) for best foreign player award in Greek league this season.
