Hopefully they make him play as a left-back, Japan needs more players in this position.

Is he a LB ? Or has he the skills to play there? Thought he is a CDM? How high is his potential?

Sad for him but could've been worse, at first I thought he'd miss half season.
He has a contract until 2028 anyway.

Back into the teamtraining, close before his "comeback". I have high expectations for him. Salzburg is a ideal " Big" club for a japanese player to develop.

Incredible....after his first long 2 injuries, Kawamura will miss at least the first Club WC game cause he injured in the training before the game again. And the club don't want to gave any hints after sources. I think another season end or at least serious injury, that sounds not good when the club is so silent but let's see.
What the hell....something is not right. When that continues the JNT need a C-Team for the next WC.

Yepp, long term injury. He miss the whole Club WC and is already send home. Salzburg said he will miss a "longer" time cause it's some serious knee injury. Think this is also a career ending scenario. He was almost injured over 1 year and now again.

Tomiyasu, Ito and Kawamura...will they ever see the pitch again ? Serious question.
