Except that our defense is absolute garbage AND down two dudes. AND Barcelona -- I mean Miami -- can beat down a bunker.

I was going to say I'd rather score in the 95th minute, to lull Miami into false security. I'd really rather beat them on PKs and just dishearten them at the very last second. They've proven over and over they can play from behind.

Thiare gets a 1v1 with the keeper and fluffs his shot on the grass.

Six minutes? The new clock rules are stupid.

Don't get me wrong: I'd love to win the match and the series, just to shut the Messi parade down

Halftime tied 1-1, but we all know Barca is a second-half team. The turf looks terrible, let's take advantage of it!

    We subbed out Miranchuk?!?

Immediately after the kickoff, Suarez suffers a vagina injury and play is stopped.

Nobody covers Alba at 22 yards, and he scores.

In his 16 minutes in the pitch, Silva has thrice waited on the pass to reach him, resulting in a turnover.

Slisz is just having a nightmare of a game tonight. Giving the ball away several times, unforced errors, etc.

He's not alone in that regard, tonight, either. If not for some saves by Brad this would be a 3-4 goal difference.

Final sub sees Rios on for McCarty at the 79'. Props to Dax, as I think that's his longest shift this season.

Holy crap, Guz turning back the years to stone Messi on a breakaway! Where was the defense?

Shifting Guzan to defensive midfielder has been pretty successful so far.

As usual, it was an entertaining season. We close it out with a home loss and get ready for when Miami looks like every other team in this league.

Long gone are the glory days of Miggy and Martinez… We need a rebuild in the off season.

We need to get the MLS off Apple TV... that was the end for me. I waited 40 years to get a team in Atlanta when all the ne-sayers said the town would never support a team. Then we get one and I move. Now I don't care.

Game 2 of the MLS/ Apple TV Tour de Messi is nigh upon us. I don't suppose we can count on the Argentine being sluggish from too much Halloween candy, eh? At the very least the club stands to pick up some extra dough from the larger than average crowd. Yay.

Will be there cheering on the Stripes and hoping at the least for an entertaining match. Would love to wear the boys in pink down, force a game 3, and simply make their hero's playoff run all the more difficult. Especially now that C-bus choked on their own game 1.

Will also be monitoring the performance of all the guys whose status for next season is in limbo. No idea about a new coach, so we don't know what that person will prefer, but heaven knows work rate and minimizing personal errors counts for a lot. Let's at least make the Fighting Beckhams earn it.

Not me. If they beat us, I want them to run thru everyone else like grain thru a goose. Let whoever's watching see mismatches and lose interest so MLS gets less $ from it.

This was never right to begin with. WE aren't going to win the league, but the contenders should be livid.

Gregersen makes the bench, but Lennon is out injured. Hernandez and Abram starting, with Thiare up top.

Messi and Suarez start, so Miami aiming to finish this tonight.

Guzan just drops the ball to Miami for no good reason...
