Wow. It's slight, and his arm is actually pretty close to his body. But the fact is, as he jumps, his arm moves out, he makes himself bigger, and it hits him. It's unlucky, but it's a penalty.
No problem with this evidently. It was one guy just behind the spot at the time of the kick and a defender following him.
Infringement there isn't usually called when the kick is made, but that one was obvious enough that I was wondering.
