This angle of Prince Owusu's acrobatic goal is wild! 😱 pic.twitter.com/Rd1waVXoIl— Major League Soccer (@MLS) April 21, 2024 ridiculous goal. some Zlatan-esque shit
I think I remember seeing at least one instance of a player appearing in a resumed game after getting a red card the previous game, and serving the suspension in the next regularly scheduled game. Not sure who or when it was, though.
Absolutely terrible counter by Charlotte - the player needed to pass it earlier but instead dribbled between two defenders and played a weak pass that went a bit backwards. They should have been 1-0.
A lot of the time it looks like Charlotte is trying to play an outdated sweeper/stopper system in the back. It's not working very well.
Charlotte saw Seattle's performance yesterday and thought, yeah, let's play with that intensity! Speaking of the Seattle area, that was Federal Way's own Hasani Dotson with the goal. Charlotte 0-3 Minnesota
Nearly a 4th. What a disaster for Charlotte. The 3rd goal showed why you do not make a sub on a defensive corner. We have seen 2 goals scored this weekend when a sub was made just before a defensive corner (the other being a forced sub on the Aaron Long injury). Do not do it if you do not have to.
