Such a pleasure to watch Tori Penso live. She is so good and does a great job communicating with the players.

Taylor is crazy with his 6-8. But it is definitely a straight red. I’d accept SFP or VC

Mullen got 10 for a similar tackle. Now, obviously, there was a horror injury caused by Mullan's tackle that didn't happen here, but if we're punishing the action more than the result then 4-6 is not out of line.

But of course, we know that's not what MLS will actually do. Otherwise they would have made VC a minimum 3 games starting with the Mullan tackle.

I might be missing something but it seems like pretty standard SFP. The fact that there’s no time left and it’s right in front of the benches obviously introduces a level of shithousery and intent, sure. But it doesn’t seem order of magnitudes worse than a “normal” SFP.

Three games would be fine in another league. I expect two here, given the context and seeming intent.

I'm more curious what this group thinks of the Delgado yellow.

Refs don’t decide at that level. They get told what to wear.

Okay, bad wording. Why did someone think this was a good idea? (not looking for a answer.)
