Yes. But I’d rather watch the USL than Serie A, so I probably have a different definition of “worth watching” than many.
I found the playoffs fairly entertaining this season, and the Galaxy were generally a lot of fun to watch. How they will do without Puig is up in the air.
This match probably will be our last chance to find out if Audi mom can finally handle the staggering stress of choosing one of four headlight combos. EDIT: Audi won't do it, but they would win the internet today if they subbed in a commercial starting with the brat whining and have mom tell him she's just giving back to him all the stuff he gives to her, and make a quick selection.
1:10 PST I heard. p.s. Anyone else noticing poorer stream quality than usual from ATV/MLSSP? Normally I would think the problem is specific to me and my Internet/WiFi but given that it's the Cup Final match, I'm wondering if it's perhaps more general, i.e. Apple having a harder time than usual providing maximum quality?
So Jenny Taft and Alexi Lalas are in the stadium. Gonna laugh when Tony and (Mike?) are in that trailer in Tampa.
For Gilligan Island fans it was MaryAnn vs Ginger. For American soccer fans it is Alexi Lalas vs Taylor Twellman. I'm in the Twellman camp, given the choice.
It's about 79°F. The team from Jersey is wearing MLS Cup anthem hoodies. Flyover complete. Fox will rejoin this eventually I assume.
John Strong, Stu Holden. Clearly the B team who didn’t announce less than a handful MLS games this season, if any.
Reyes is a last minute scrap... just seconds before KO. Apparently ill? This could be significant. Unless his replacement Eile can suddenly become better than he's been.
Imagine if Montréal won the right to host today -- a nice 17 F. Or Atlanta -- just a little SEC championship in their stadium right now.
