It comes down to this. We've reached the finale of the 3034 MLS Season. It's the MLS Cup Final. The New York Red Bulls shocked Orlando City 1-0 to win the East. The Galaxy outlasted the Sounders out West and earned a hard fought 1-0 win with an 85' goal. The Galaxy will now host the Red Bulls in the Final, in a LA vs NY showdown. The Galaxy's best player, Riqui Puig will unfortunately miss this one as he played the final 30 odd minutes of the semifinal with a torn ACL!!! He also got the assist on the winning goal too!!! This still should be an interesting and hopefully compelling game. As usual all game times are eastern. National broadcasts & Free games are listed. All games can be viewed using MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. Kickoff times can be found here. TV options for now are Season Pass, subject to change. MLS N&A play by play threads are neutral spaces. Keep all rivalry-esque banter out of these parts. Bullying. personal attacks and/or trolling will not be tolerated. Saturday, December 7 LAG vs RNY 4:09PM (Approximately) Fox / Free
It would appear that I've been in an extended hibernation period because when I went to sleep last night, the year was 2024, but when I woke up this morning, it's 1010 years later?
Galaxy must win for Puig. Dude played a half-hour with a busted ACL and assisted on the winning goal vs. SEA? Stuff of legends. Him on the sidelines this Saturday, exhorting the team? Probably more time on camera than guys on the pitch. Prediction: LAG 3, RBNY 1.
So, for those of us who haven't watched MLS, two questions: 1. Who's considered to be "moar gooder" of the two teams? 2. Will this final be worth the investment of a few hours to watch? Thanks in advance.
I expect the Bulls to press.. its a crapshoot as to whether the Galaxy show up with the precision passing to beat the initial Bulls press.. It wont be the worst thing if the Red Cows win… but the ending of MLS season will be a downer… The wait for next season will be excruciating specially since this cursed timeline we are on really kicks off during the offseason. That being said excited for kit reveals and roster moves. Coaching carousel is in play as well The last few MLS Cups have been exciting matches, I hope its a continuing trend.
1. Galaxy, but now that their best player who is also their playmaker is out for 6months, is a bit of a ??? Betting odds are still in their favor. 2. Considering the OP, no. You will be wasting your time, and then our time by constantly bitching about how much MLS sucks.

Taylor Twellman makes this a must miss. Hopefully the Fox is not just a simulcast. I'd even take Landon at this point.
If I tune in at the traditional kickoff time of 730pm will I have a choice for local radio? Thx, Jay!
