A couple of years ago, I came across a box of my kindergarten art stored in the garage, presumably left by my mother at some point. I brought a bunch of it to work and rotate through hanging it on my office door. People ask who made it, presuming a child or niece or someone made it. Nope; me in 1972-73. Great icebreaker.

This is totally awesome! (Sorry, just had to bring out the late 80s-early 90s Valley Girl in me!)

That's two LAFC games in a row for Taylor Twellman. I guess the new-car smell has worn off on Messiami already. :whistling:

You all those back to back games Messi played in the Leagues Cup, including the ones where when he went 120 minutes in searing heat? He seems to be paying for it now.

And then there's the international duty he did as well. The schedule going forward is also not very kind.

Good chance for rain/lightening delays in St. Paul tonight.

    Benteke 1-1

header off a corner won by a header on target by Pines that Coronel did well to dive and stop off the post.

Canouse handball on the line, VAR needs to check if it’s a PK…

no PK but Canouse was chagrined to learn the yellow card will still stand.

I thought there would be more goals, given LA teams don't like defending.

    Someone scored for United. 2-1

big scramble. Benteke claims, but Klich may have put the spilled rebound through.

The heavens have opened up at Audi Field. Torrential downpour after Benteke gave DC the lead.

Atlanta with a quick double. Xande Silva in the 30th; Thiago Almada in the 33rd. 2-0 over Montreal.

Tolkien rolls around in the box and awarded a penalty. VAR makes no call down to review Tolkien tripping himself.

I will say that for as many empty seats as there are in Washington, the crowd sounds really good!
