Not a bad look. Reminds me of SKC’s inaugural jersey after their rebrand. Also I take it the Apple TV logo will be on all the jerseys?

i can't help but think that if you throw the fire crown logo on it, it is a leftover design from the fire rebrand and they had to make a choice between all red or all blue.

i really hope they don't go red on red. even though the shades are different, having a chicago and st louis team that basically look the same would kind of suck.

Agree, hope they go with different color shorts. I think red top with navy shorts would look pretty cool and be distinct.

In isolation, I really like the jerseys, just hope they do something to make the overall uniform more unique.

I’d like to see them use yellow shorts myself.

Black shorts would look great with the St. Louis jersey. I guess they could do yellow as well, but not sure how good that would look. Definitely don’t want another monochrome team.

    :(

I really liked that one. Not a big burgundy fan. Hope to see the new away soon.

Also eager to see what new shirt sponsorships there are (know UCHealth, already), or which clubs will go blank, if any.

*goes and boils some water to watch for a few months*

Very few leaks this time around. With season starting earlier I would think we would see more by now. Of course the world cup is dominating the news cycle but I am still dumbfounded why adidas and MLS don't try to get new designs out in time for Christmas shopping season.

    just speculating:
short people attention span and slower media eyes/news cycles before holiday season VS "new season kicks off" thing with jersey week, team/season predictions, fantasy team and all that.

+ maybe giving the teams employees (social media, marketing, merchandise etc) a breather after the end of the current season.

Obviously with the winter World Cup and the MLS Apple deal not kicking off yet this year isn't the norm.

I would like to see the team release their new gear (not just jerseys, but also jackets, scarfs, hoodies etc.) in time for the holiday season / new year too. They still could release the secondary kit or whatever spring/summer/fall or special event themed stuff otherwise too.

I figure they don’t release kits for the holiday season because they know people will buy what they have in stock if there’s someone they’re buying for that’s a fan. So by holding off, they ensure another period after the holidays where people will be buying something from them. Sure, the jersey collectors won’t be buying stuff during the holidays, but the parents and grandparents who are buying for people they know are fans will be helping clear out existing stock, rather than just picking up the new jersey and calling it a day. I don’t know, seems like other than the NBA’s City Edition drop last month and a random baseball team release (the Twins I think?) not many leagues/teams release new jersey designs during the holiday season, presumably because they know will find something to spend their money on.

I think the World Cup being in winter this year is why we really haven’t seen very many leaks.

This was bouncing around on reddit. I like it for a retro Galaxy/LA flag look. Though it's a little too close to the Timbers

It's a decent attempt to throw back to their earlier color scheme. Could be lots worse.

If they pair it with white or green shorts it will be very Timbers-esque. Black shorts would be ideal

I don’t mind it. Whatever they come out with this year will be worse than the community kit. This kind of keeps the retro theme going for our alternative uniform.

Pairing it with shorts of the gold color would be the best.
