Got subbed in at 77th minute. Not great but without a doubt a upgrade. Maybe Slot will changed his mind.

Mc "argentinian #10" Allister and Ryan "190cm dutch pole" Gravenberch are too much for Endo.
But he will still play some minutes and cup matches.
Till McAlister will injury himself with his NT in a typical murder spree latin american WCQ match.

Dont think those two are better then Endo only other player types. Last season Endo outplayed Gravenberch. And by the way, last season Endos stats were better then Fabinhos. Endo was outstanding last year. He was also Liverpools player of the month, December.

In direct compare ( in der Liverpool/ManCity game) Endo was even better then Rodri.

He was good yes. But now he is out. I think he should return to Stuttgart. Where he is loved.

Yeah at the moment he has a hard stand. And I also want him to be a player, he is pure class. Best CDM Japan ever has beside Hasebe without a doubt.

But I also understood him to try and fight. Thats Endo and I dont think its impossible for. him to be successfull.

He got 17 minutes in the last 10 PL games . Its time for him to leave in January. There is nothing more for him there, he doesnt get any younger.

90 Minutes and a win for Endo. He played as a CB today and was faultless, very good game in that position. He switched often into the CDM and back to CB. He also set up the second goal with a nice play. He smashed the ball with his face and rebounded it back into play. What a passion.

He was with no doubts the best man on the pitch. Whoscored and 90min named him MOTM, also sofascore gave him he highest rating on the pitch with 7,6.

What a game and thats with such limited game time. Maybe he offers new options now between CB and CDM.

When I am not total wrong he also was captain in the second half, has the second most ball contacts and won like almost always the most duells.

Yeah it seems but I hope he will fight till the end of the season. I am not giving up on him, that he can break into the starting line up again. Nontheless how bad it looks, he is Wataru Endo.

I have so say that again, thats was impressive and remarkable today from Endo, maybe he continue his career like Hasebe as a CB/Libero from now on?

How would that happend? From 5 sub to starting 11? Sometimes he is not even that. He never plays EPL soccer.

And after all it was just a Cup game. Sure he was top, but we have to see the context

Yeah it seems worse but cup game or not, he was impressive. Look a Leon Goretzka who was in the same situation, even worse, cause he was normaly not even in the squad and now? He is cause of injuries and fighting spirit back out of nowhere in the starting line up.

Goretzkas situation, was very similiar to Endos this season. They also told Leon, that he need to change the team, cause at Bayern he will not see much game time this season. And look now?

I know it seems hopeless but its not totaly impossible to change things. At least he should have to try, till the end of the season.

By the way he was named also offical Liverpools MOTM.

If many injuries will come of course he has a chance. Not else. But I doubt it.
He should not waste his prime more at Liverpool.

I mean its not really up to Endo.

Yeah very sad, after me, he deserved to be a starter today or at least play 20-30 Minutes. But lets see.

Endo confirmed that Slot searched for the talk with Endo about his playingtime 1-2 weeks ago. Wataru confirmed that it was good and he will stay after that, at least till the End of the season and fight for his place.

He will probably get some EPL minutes during Boxing day. Then back to normal after that

Probably but even when it looks impossible, nothing is impossible, like Leon Goretzka shows.

Yeah but normaly he proved that he is good enough for any team in the world to be a starter. But it is like it is. At least his playing time is raising up the last games. Better then nothing. He makes the best out of it.

Last season Liverpool was till 4 weeks out of the season in similar shape, close to get the quadruple. Only difference, that City and the others were better, so it was more close.

By the way, good game again by Endo yesterday. No mistakes and some nice ball tackling recoverys.

It is what it is sure. But I still dont think he should waste his prime riding bench in Pool. Soon its back to 1 minute per game

Or maybe he gets 30-40 minutes per game, which would be okay for the rest of the season. And maybe next season he bounces back.

My point is, youre right and I see it the same way but its not impossible to change unlikely scenarios like this one. Its okay for me and understandable when Endo want to fight for his place.
