Yeah of course they should win but hard to say after international break. They are of course a little more tired, especially the national players. Nothing totally unexpected, can happen.

The defense didn't concede, so you could argue part wise they played good.

That's right, but there are many reasons for that and that's the point. Like the injurys they have + international breaks are the cherry on top. And like I said looks like Watanabe made a great game again. He is on great shape. 3x times no goal conceded against Scotland, England and now against Volendam.

25 goals, the 2nd top scorer is at 16, 3 matches left. I think Ueda will be the top scorer in this season.
Please keep scoring even at the WC. Especially vs Tunisia and Sweden.

Just for curiosity: Ueda is actually the 2nd japanese (and asian) top scorer ever in Europe. The first is... Furuhashi at 34. I hope Ueda will have a brighter future then Kyogo.

If we win this match, CL is almost guaranteed.
Both Ajax and NEC had draws yesterday, and today FC Twente faces AZ Alkmaar.

    Watanabe scored !

Edit: They turned the game completely to a 2-1 win. Very good end run.

  11. Thank god, after Ueda missed a huge chance in 75th minute by putting it high over the bar

25 is a nice number. The last, useless, match will be away. Please skip the match. Totally skip the match. No sense to play a match with nothing to play for. Skip any injury. 29 days to the start of WC. Put him on a plane to Japan asap after collectin the prizes of the season and stay healthy. Did I said skip any injury?
