Ueda was a little sick and did not train fully with the squad this week. This is the reason he was left out to recover.

Well at least his subs sucks a lot. No chance for him to lose his starting spot.

They manage a draw atleadt it seems
They really are an inconsistent team
Two wins in like 12 games

Crazy how the went from being world beaters at the start of the season to that. But to be fair Ueda was missed a lot.

Yeah they lost everything. Their embarrassing performance in EL was not just a bad spell

Yeah it seems like but interesting how fast that goes.

They are a top team normally but their chemical and tactics doesn't fit together. Wonder if van Persie can change that or if he get sacked. Normaly I want him to stay and turn things around cause I think he is really good to develop Ueda but in this form this team is horrible.

  9. We had a perfect start with only 7 goals conceded iirc until matchday 8, untill the injury wave hit the defense and the midfield.
We simply played tremendous football at the start.
Since then we were leaking goals, especially in the last 10 minutes, probably caused by having to put in players just recovered but with obviously lowered stamina.
Today's performance wasnot helped by Watanabe's blunder wich resulted in the 2-0 down.
    ??
Did you miss the van Persie tremendous double?

Watanabe has some great games out of the last ones but overall also some bad ones, yeah. At the start he was better of course and overall the teams form is not helping him or the defence. Sooner or later normaly all players are getting infected more or less.

But what is the reason for that huge formdip @ feyenoordsoccerfan ? You are the most informed one about that :).

But he has a solid game with a great chance close before halftime. And to rest him, cause he was sick/lightly injured the whole last week, the decide to sub him out around the 60th to not risk anything for the weekend.

But I would also be glad to see him score today but good thing is, that Feyenoord won and don't concede.

But to be fair he was injured/sick the whole last week and lost a little rhythm and his goal draught is now 5 games. Not optimal but not the totaly drama, but frustrating as well for me.

I count it as 7 games without. Still no crisis. But these things always stop him from going from a good striker to great

It's 5 in a row (4 League games +1 Europa League game). Last week for example he was out.
