Seat Geek is selling tickets for the March 21 Semifinal Doubleheader (Panama v. Mexico, USA v. Jamaica), starting at $40 and for the March 24 Final/3rd Place Game Doubleheader, starting at $50; both events at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

I am waiting for the 2024 MLS, NWSL and MLS Next Pro schedules before deciding whether to go for none, one or both dates.

I suspect strongly that AT&T Stadium is the only NFL stadium without public transportation access.

Flights and hotel booked and just waiting on supporter ticket info. This is also the first weekend of March Madness so should be fun watching games.

Booked the Courtyard best the stadium. That Texas Live area looks great for pre/post game. Only going to do semifinal though.

Sure hoping USSF does the Insider lottery.

Courtyard Dallas Arlington/Entertainment District? Bunch of us from Sammers are booked there too.

With it being a CONCACAF event, it sounds like they are working with them on this still but likely just one section

I booked at the new Loews Arlington hotel, which says will open in February. It’s next door to the existing Live by Loews, but at only half the price for that weekend. Around $250/nt. Seems like a nice spot. https://www.loewshotels.com/amp/arlington-hotel

I'm gonna pass on this one and head to KC for Uruguay instead. Was in Vegas last year and had a blast. Enjoy everyone.

In for the semifinals only. I waited for the US Open Cup First Round schedule to see if there were any local games that would conflict.

The lack of public transportation is cramping my dirt bag traveling style. I booked a cheap hotel and will use the limited hours Arlington public ride share for transit to and from the airport.

The Copa America match in June is early enough that I can use public transit to get back to the airport after the match.

lots and lots to do in Dallas but here are some of the organized Sammers events:

    Wednesday (NB4):
    Division Brewing (6pm)
Boomer Jacks (10p when Division Brewing closes)

    Saturday (NB4):
Stockyards in Ft. Worth. Exact location(s) and times are tbd

No idea about pre-game both days but will update if/when I see about them.

Outside of official events, I know that a group is going to the Hall of Fame Saturday afternoon. Some others are doing a Stars/Penguins game over the weekend. Lots of NCAA Basketball. Talk of doing the go kart track as well.

Thursday game only for me and Jack.

Texas Live seems like a no-brainer for pregame, no?

Made it to my seat at the incredible stadium after a stop at the AO tailgate. The view reminds me of the Estadio Azteca.

We went to Texas Live pre-game. Place was really big but the main area was closed off because some company was having their convention there.

    Friday:
Group of us is going up to Soccer HOF and then also some bbq.

    Saturday:
Go Karting in Ft. Worth area and then evening at the Stockyards.

Any reports from the final game? On Thursday, I noticed that the parking lots at the stadium cost almost $10 more than my hotel room.

The final was a blast. First time at AT&T Stadium and it lived up to the hype for me. I stayed at the Holiday Inn just on the other side of the highway. Easy 30 minute walk to and from. I'd do that again.

Tough to guess but it felt like US fans were maybe 10% or 15% of the attenders. From my vantage point in the 300s I saw several Mexican fans ejected for throwing cups and more from the 200s on to the supporters section in the 100s. It was by no means out of control in the stands but there were several scuffles leading to both parties being kicked out in the corner where I was. The security staff I observed seemed a little overwhelmed and clearly didn't intimidate the perpetrators that much. I recall a few examples of this in Vegas but last night observed too many to count.

Looking forward to wherever the next Nations League finals are next March.

Agree with all of this. 10-15% US fans seems right. In my estimation, the Mexico fans were a lot nastier than in Vegas or Denver. Reminded me of a Rose Bowl game. Some of that probably depends on how the game goes, but it seems they gave up on the team very early. It's been a long few years for Mexico fans.

A few beers thrown at Gio Reyna celebrating in the corner, but a lot fewer in general onto the field compared to Denver or Vegas. Security did seem to actually track down some of the throwers and kick them out. At full time, probably 10-15 beers/drinks were tossed from the 200 level down into the US supporters section, along with trash and whatever else was available. It went on for a good 5 minutes. I left the stadium soaking wet.

The US section was strong and well-organized, but it's easy with a game like that.

Agree with all of this. What sucks is that there are so many good and fun Mexico fans and love interacting with them before/after the game. But they are ruined by the a-holes. Know that there was a US fan who took a battery to the head (not sure if that was in the supporters section or not). I had a full beer poured over my head after the second goal.

Thought that the supporters section+ was on top of their game the entire final. Our group (Sammers) had been asked if we'd move to the first two rows of 124 before the game because the drums somehow ended up being there and that would have been a mess so we moved. Ended up being a blast down there since we could all be together. Well done to AO/Barra/Sammers for bringing it non-stop all game, halftime and post game.

That happened to me at Azteca in 2009 right after Mexico took the lead near the end of the match. It hurt quite a bit, nothing serious but ruined my mood until we left the stadium.

Ugh. Fortunately for me, it was after a goal and was poured on me from people behind and wasn't something thrown on me. Nothing was going to ruin the mood though. Just meant that the clothes and suitcase smelled a bit more of beer.

Interesting. From my vantage point near midfield (both here and Vegas), it seemed more tame than Vegas. The Mexican fans in Vegas seemed angrier with the loss. But it sounds like things were different in the supporter section.
