Different player, Molina was the goalscorer.

And of course, let's not forget the Dutch player sprinting halfway across the pitch to blindside and deck Paredes out of nowhere.

Look, both teams squarreled, both teams showed bad sportmanship at times. If you ask me nothing out of the ordinary for such a heated and important match. I don't even mind the dutchs taunting us in the shootouts. Some of our players were caught on that behaviour in previous matchs as well.

You know what's the problem? The double standard. If you go by the media it seems only Argentina is at fault. Everything europeans do get justified. All official footage is about showing Argentina's bad behaviour. Apparently they were using old ass cams, and they were changing their reel in the exact moment dutchs were being pricks. Yeah... no.

And the reason for it is a subyacent european racism which right now I'm not in the mood nor have the time to explain. Sorry, but you reek of someone with superior morality coming here to see us beg forgiveness. If that's the reason, kindly go somewhere else.

Riots in Belgium were created because Moroccan community made incidents in the streets. The matches were just another asset for their incidents. The problems are much deeper. We talked about it, it was on TV everyday.

I just rewatched the extended highlights of the QF, and its a one way traffic, especially in ET.

Netherlands was only in the game in last 15 minutes of normal time when that fool Lahoz keeps gifting them a FK from every slightest contact we made.

The last FK they got would have easily avoided , we made that challenge unnecessary

Should’ve done a Scarface themed version with the music playing in the background.

But anyways, Dibu is telling a story that he was nearly out for this match because he had injured his neck during training. He even nearly missed the match v Croatia. Rulli would’ve replaced him.

We wont be in quarter. That Mexico freekick probably goes in or at least that Australia last minute chance would have been in.

As for Netherlands game, they never really troubled us other than those two freekicks. In extra time, its one way traffic. We had them under siege the whole time, even hitting the post twice.

This just makes Van Gaal looks even worst than he already does lol

In a recent interview, Wout Weghorst explicitly disagreed with his coach’s statements, casting doubt on the alleged bias in the World Cup. The 31-year-old stated, “Van Gaal’s words about the bias towards Argentina? No, frankly, I don’t agree with Van Gaal. I heard what he said but I don’t see it that way.”

“We equalized in the tenth minute of stoppage time with a free kick on the edge of the penalty area. If it were the other way around, the referee wouldn’t have given that free kick.”

“In the end, they deserved to win the World Cup.”

Kind of lends credence to his post-match comments about genuinely just wanting to greet Messi, but having the moment ruined by the heat of the tense match.
