Haven't seen anything on Uhre's status but looks like Burke is back in Philly after working on his green card.

Excited to be back and hoping for "not bad" weather. Could be anywhere from 70 to sleet storm this time of year. Wet and cold are tough on these old bones

My older bones can handle the cold....but not west & cold. I remember the home opened from years ago when they played the Revs and it was cold and wet....a miserable day.

Aaaannd we're back.... Thank you @cwelch999 for starting the game day threads again.

I have a strange feeling this year. It's optimism. In Philly? Who knew?

They'll come out in the Christmas tree due to lack of strikers. Everyone will be rusty. Boring 0-0 game.

You’re probably right, and I voted “tie,” too. Minnesota’s Reynoso is a really dynamic player who could spoil our day. Wish Uhre were here. Overall, just happy that the Union are back in action!

Union are going to win a treble this season...Shield, Open Cup, MLS Cup.

Shhhh. I'll wake up in a minute.

With the amount of talented young players they have, and the depth of the senior team....can definitely see them making a run and being a favorite to win the USOC finally.

I'm not digging Brujo, Bedoya, and Flach all together. Two much sweat, not enough skill. Liked McGlynn and Aaronson more.
