In watching this game with my dad who can't stand Cordova. I'm trying to play devil's advocate but it's hard to argue that Segio isn't the worst player on the field right now.
That sums it up well. I don’t imagine a lot changing in the second half with Cordova playing like he is.
On the positive side he has made a couple of good runs but the passes never got to him. On the negative side, I’m convinced he would not have controlled the ball if the passes were successful.
Now, there's a chance Cordova goes on a 4-5 game goal scoring tear after that. Great play from Brody with the cross too.
I guess I'll eat crow. Although my dad said the only reason he scored was because he convinced the defense they don't even need to guard him.
Ouch. That's a couple of times Espinoza has crushed Jasper. Straight red this time (I suppose it could have been a second yellow -> red, which would be better for SKC next week).
It's not like we've looked great, but when we get the ball in the offensive end (in this match) there's some beautiful passing.
I really hate the new offsides rules. Why was he not called off by the time he touched the ball? That could've easily turned into an injury for either player.
