So one of the main reasons I understand we did not re-sign Albert Rusnak is so Damir could play that position. But Damir has been out all season, so now we have no one there. There's nothing Wood and Rubin can do out there when no one can pass them the ball.
That’s a better response than what meram just gave the few times he’s been asked to give an assessment at half has always shocked me. He has this very singular view on how to make the game better for him (ie keeping the ball with short passes) that ignores where the other team is having success (pinching rsl high and causing turnovers)
The outside players appear to often be defending empty space instead of - again I don’t know what their assignment is - moving a bit more centrally to help defensively.
