Costa Rica leaving a ton of space open in the middle of the field. They pressed so aggressively that they pressed themselves into trouble.

 

I think Costa Rica is bigger, stronger and faster than us on the whole, or at least close, which should be interesting.

 

first 5 minutes it's all CR attack but US scores first by counter

CR is a quality foe. They are bigger than us and maybe even faster.

CR did their homework. They are jamming our give-and-go game.

 

Clark has looked pretty good, but having another vertical threat against this very aggressive defense would be nice right now. It's going to take a lot of precision to tiki taka this press.

 

Pukstas is a yellow (at least) waiting to happen.

CR is a fair bit better than Nicaragua as it turns out.
