Yes, this is it. I like how he speeds it up to show the movement of passing and players moving into spots to receive passes. For far too long US players would mostly stand in place to receive a pass making them easy to pick off for defenders who can read the game. I don't know if Varas was able to get them to play this way so quickly or chose players already doing this but this Spain-like in a way that there are no speed demons, no big center forward types just a bunch who are all on the same page making it tough on their opposition to sniff the ball.
