Its almost done after sources. Sporting coach will be the coach from Sporting 2 which plays exactly the same system/tactics.

How well did he do? Sofascore gave him a 6.1 rating. I wonder why?

I think, maybe cause he made a little error on Man Citys first goal but overall it was a good game.

But it was hardly his fault, cause the pass from his team mate was to short, but Mortia could have run to the ball what he didnt, cause he was suprised. Man City getting the ball of of this mistake and scored.

But he made only 1 misspass in the whole game, so was quite accurate.

Great result for them. Morita rarely plays 90 mins anymore, I dont like it.
Either subbed out or start on the bench.

Yeah but he played a very good season, maybe not as good, as his first 2 seasons but thats no shame, its still very strong and also hard to say if he is better now or the last 2 years, cause he almost perform well.

Morita only start from the bench when he comes from the JNT due to jetlag or to rest him in the english weeks, thats all. Those rotation is smart and maybe a reason for Sportings incredible season so far.

As a CDM/CM you have to run and fight much. Morita is without a doubt a cemented starting player and its good to rest him sometimes, cause the season is long + his partner in the CDM Hjulmand (the captain and 45 mio € worth) is in the same situation, sometimes he get subbed out to rest him or he started here or there from the bench.

I also want him to play every game, every minute but there is nothing to worrie till now.

By the way, funny thing, I meet some portugiese guy in my gym here in Germany. I was train in my Morita/Lissabon jersey and he weard a Benfica Lissabon jersey.
He was then coming to me and we were talking a little. He said Morita is one of the strongest CDMs of the league, maybe the best he said.

And he said also, hard to say as an Benfica fan, cause their rivals but he is very popular there.

It was a bad mistake from Morita, he has to know whos behind him. But the goalkeeper did awful too.

What a game from Morita and Lissabon.

They were down 0-2 against Braga and in the 56th Morita came in, directly scored the 1-2 and Hidemasa assited the 3-2 winning goal in the 89th Minute.

Morita is without a doubt MOTM, together wird Harder who scored a brace.

Edit: They scored the 4-2 in injury time. What a comeback.

Bench once again. He have like 2 games in the last 10 where he played 90 minutes from the start.

Im not a fan of this, kind of like Kubos situation.

I know what you mean, but he is a 100% starter. This rest/play/rotating system depends on all players, not only about him. He was playing a tough game against Arsenal a few days ago. Thats the reason.

Hey plays a strong season till now and its better for him to be fresh the whole season. Its a little different from Real Sociedads super rotation.

You cant say he is a 100 % starter when he has started only 3 games out of the last 10 league games. I dont really see it as a good sign.

And that he played against Arsenal, sure, but so did 10 other players, and they cant bench them because of that, and they did not , so that logic does not work.

I really like Morita and I think he is popular in Portugal, but facts is facts and it doesnt look that good now. In my book, the best players always start if fit...

He starts 6 times out of the last 12 games (league and CL) and in the important ones also.

And of course the coach dont bench 10 players after Arsenal but a few ones. That was the point. Its a good and normal rotation.

The reason Morita was subbed in in the last 5-5 league games was, cause he played for JNT and CL and has almost no rest time. He is almost 30 and its normal and good when he is playing with the JNT and CL 2-3 games in a few days and english weeks that he gets rested in the "meaninless" league games, cause they will win those normaly, no matter who plays.

Morita is a 100% starter cause he will play when he is not coming back from JNT or play a CL game 2 days before. That was my point.

I know you want him to play every game, me too by the way but many coaches handle it like this nowadays. Not the best player will play every game was my point.

There is not the slightest thing to worrie for now about Morita, he playes a great season till now. For now things are looking good.

Hahha ^^, your favorite word now. Official it was announced, that he was injured and left out.

    Hope all is good.

Yeah 4th lose in a row, but I dont think everything ia gone. The are are still place 1 and are still in a solid position to reach the knock out stages or play offs in the CL. But, they have to fix this loosing streak.
