I'm not sure about the Mexico away game.
Looks like Telemundo got the Spanish-language rights to everything but US & Mexico. Maybe my googling is improving. Helps to not be working. So, as with the Gold Cup, I'm probably good. Glad I can get over-the-air Spanish stations!
US Soccer didn't list when I did it but away for everyone but Mexico is Paramount+ and Telemundo (and maybe a bump to CBSSN again?) and WorldSoccerTalk has the list Paul has for the home games but maybe it's not officially official (FS1 could become FS2 or Fox, ESPN could become ESPN2, etc.) https://worldsoccertalk.com/world-cup-qualifiers-tv-schedule/
https://www.ussoccer.com/schedule-tickets says the game at El Salvador will be on CBS Sports Network, and the game at Honduras requires Paramount Plus. Paying for Paramount Plus is a lot better than paying pay per view for one game. When I paid for Paramount Plus they had 50 percent off to cost $29.99 for a year. Even if it's $59.99 per year ($5.00 per month), plenty of things are more expensive than that. Paramount Plus archives games, so if you don't want to watch late games until the next day, you can do that. They had 33 of 56 games in Round 1 and all 6 games in Round 2, and all of them are available. They haven't posted their schedule for September yet.
Last I checked, I paid $9.99 a month for their commercial-less option because I like some of their regular programming. I think it's $5.99 a month for the commercialized version. You get Paramount + with both. Note you do get commercials with the live sports programming.
During a soccer game? I've seen adverts shown on regional channels via ESPN+. I think the Dallas broadcast was one of them. Fox has been talking about it. I guess it's inevitable at some point.
