I was about to ask if I should believe the ones that key your car or light your sh!t on fire. Beat me to the reference though.

 

The rain on the cameras is probably distorting some of it, but by and large, I don't think any artificial turf surface looks attractive compared to grass, even in good weather. It's not just a 'Portland' problem.

 

This is about to be a huge substitution soon for NYC.

MetLife Stadium on CBS doesn't look good either.

 

I think it creates a problem when they are reluctant to give out cards in finals, it results in less goals because everybody gets a free chop. I want to see goals today, in 90 minutes.

 

Sure. But they look better on TV, and MLS needs decent TV ratings if they’re gonna generate the big money like the big European leagues do.
