Put MLS on ignore, champ. They’re the ones who decided to play their premiere event in a terrible time slot in terrible weather.
I would not be surprised to see the Great American Sports Plantation (GASP) turn soccer into basketball and spend 1/2 hour on the last 2 minutes of the game. VAR is the beginning, God save us all.
Forgot about Univision. Ty. I cordcut. So I don't pay for cable. But I share some of my streaming services with my sister who created an Xfinity login for her account for me. So that gets me access to regular ESPN, abc, Univision, etc.
I'd love to take in a game at Providence Park. Maybe in a couple of years when St. Louis joins MLS....
Always felt they should play the MLS cup final the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving week end is when the weather tends to turn cold. Otherwise November is a pretty good month. In Portland, Dec and Jan are really the only months that can give you bad, storm weather. November tends to be really nice.
This looks and sounds great. I love watching outdoor sports where players have to deal with the elements.
Finally into the ESPN+ stream at 4:38. Really hope MLS tells them to ******** off in the broadcast negotiations.
It might be MLS that's the issue there. Tons of problems getting TUDN/Twitter streams started on time this year as well.
If you don't have a metal roof, then one of the cheap Mohu Leaf ones you can put on the wall/window will probably be all you need. I got one for $40 about 3 years ago and it's perfect.
Timbers looked serious the first 6 minutes of play. Since then, City have had a majority of the ball.
There are 2 CFG legacies in the NYC lineup. Castellanos was signed from Montevideo City Torque and Rodriguez is on loan from the same team.
I still can't stand the way MLS playoffs are officiated. Allowing that sort of challenge from Fochive to go unpunished just makes the game turn into a chippy, stop/start foul-a-thon. Soccer is hard enough already. If players can foul freely, it just makes things ugly.
I've switched to a free trial of youtube.tv directly on my TV and I'm about 90 seconds ahead of the ABC app on Amazon Firestick.
