I gotta think this is the last real prep before the CCL match. Away at NE I would think would be a time to play the youngsters.

I think Toronto is on a bit of a roll at the moment, and the Union can be considered a mess given recent poor form, loss of Jamiro, inability to score, etc. Hopefully Gazdag settles into a groove with the team now, before they head to Mexico City.

Of course the match I forgot was on has three first half goals from the Union. Maybe I should skip the CCL match too.

The Union played great in the first half, and overall one of their best showings this season in MLS.

That said...TFC is woeful. People say that the Union play very narrow??? TFC were ultra narrow, likely trying to protect Bradley from being exposed. They gave Wagner and M'Baizo free rain on the wings.

Gazdag's best game yet in a Union shirt. Santos was excellent.

Hopefully this performance had more to do with the Union than it did TFC....though I think it was more how poor TFC is.

Who was this team on the pitch tonight? Didn’t recognize them after that fiasco on Sunday.

Giving TFC the benefit of the doubt, they probably watched the Chicago game where all we did was cross into the middle and figured they would just let us cross into a bunch of defenders. But whether by design or accident, we played directly to Santos and he outran them or threatened to all the time.
