And it was from a very small number of chances that he still pulled off the wondergoal. He celebrated wildly after the game, and everyone noticed this. He loves East Glasgow and the fans. I would understand it if he left (Rodgers' tactics are hurting him), but Kyogo maybe thinks this is his home. Afterall, he rules Glasgow with an iron boot, and the blues know it for 6 straight games.:ROFLMAO:

He's being called a living club legend by some fans.

Brilliantly taken goal by Kyogo. Maeda is just only come back from injury so his touch has been very poor in a number of occassions during the game. Also his crossing into the box was atrocious. I wish he develops some dribbling skills to take on his defender more with his pace. Great to see Reo back on the bench and fantastic to see Celtic beating the huns once more.

Maeda scored a fast goal against St. Mirren. 0-1 within 90 or so seconds.

Kyogo won his war with the offside flag and scored the goal for 3-0 in a Scottish Cup game.

Thank you, @datschge . I think Celtic should, if signing Asian players has become the focus, do what Sint Truiden did: become tied to Japanese business instead of betting companies. Get a Japanese manager who could work with a non-EPL budget, since the board won't ever spend big money anyway (Rodgers is a bad match for the Celtic board). This way, it would be more likely that the best J-League players go right to Celtic, and do what Kyogo did. Very young, unproven projects are sometimes OK, but we need first-team-capable players from Asia. Although, most of the "projects" as of late are Korean. I'd like more established players from that nation, too.

Furuhashi placed on the bench again.

Only 8 games left. And this season he got 8 goals. Compared to last seasons 27. Something has been of all season long.

Scored in a cup game against St. Mirren. It was a counterattack though, otherwise he's being played too far from goal. Still one half to play.

Even with Adam Idah, a big guy who can hold up the ball being there, Kyogo was still far from the goal, expected to do Idah's work. Rodgers doesn't know how to adapt a system to the type of striker he has, or even wants.

But still, Kyogo got us the lead, and Maeda got one as well.

Another team where? Spurs' train is gone. Another EPL club? Can he play against dirty CBs who will try to bully him kick him in the ankles and stuff?

Scottish CB-s are dirty, and he's done best when playing in the middle of the penalty box. But I think Germany, like with most Japanese players, is a good fit for him.

Yeah, and then once more to win the game. At least Iwata played very well. Maeda was his typical self- hard defensive work, but bad in the attack. Missed 2 very good chances.

Maeda scored the fourth goal in Celtic's first half destruction of Dundee. 6-0, and 45 minutes left to play. Iwata playing well.

Kyogo started on the bench and remained goalless. Its like Rodgers want to set an example. Kyogo is not what he was but overall the best player on that team.

    Whole situation is irritating
