Not that bad, hole Liverpool Team was a nightmare. The comentators Said, that Minamino was very engaged and lively but unlucky cause he didnt get any balls.

The Problem is, when Minamino starts, He starts with an 70% B Team which never played together and nothing worked.

Minamino is no Neymar or Salah, he has other qualitiys but he needs to start with the "good" Team otherwise its hard to show what you got when almost every pass is a misspass.

    No blame today on Minamino.

Minamino can be a no.10 but needs somebody to play off.

He will be laid off after the end of this season. He's already a flop for Liverpool and coming months won't change a thing. A good player does great from the start. Unfortunately it's a little too high for him.

I wish he could get sold to a low-mid table side in EPL.

    Yeah.
He has been given many chances but unfortunately he still failed to impress. I'd be surprised if he still plays for them next season.
Playing for a big name club is not easy.

WTF is this nonsense? Starting XI the other night were pretty much all starters except Minamino, Origi, Shaqiri and Jota.

Edit - For Minamino to succeed or to have decent Liverpool career, he needs to find his own niche/role. Before we bought Thiago & Jota, I thought he could be useful as backup in midfield or in wings but that obviously got extremely difficult. He doesn't exactly have a role atm except as Bobby backup as false 9... and tbh, I don't think he can be that at all.

The thing is, Minamino is a weird player. He can play anywhere from #8 to CF at around a B- level, but his only “A” skills are probably off-ball movement and gegenpressing. Personally I think he just needs to find a goal to calm his nerves a bit, but even if he rounds into form I wouldn’t expect big numbers.

Minamino till now is a success at Liverpool. Almost every Game he played awesome and almost every Media sees hin close before the starting line Up. The Fans love him and think the same. Even Klopp tells hes a Machine and close before be a regluar.

Its very rare that a player gets sooo much praise by Media and experts in England Like Minamino.

He has 3 Goals and 1 assist till now which is good.

And Yesterday Origi, Shaqiri and Jota + him are all new to the Team + Fabinho as a CB which is Not normal Position for him and then Fabinho was injured so another new Face came in die him. Almost the hole Team like yesterday was not playing together Like this before.

Overall you can say Minamino will habe a bright and promising Future at Liverpool. The Ratings are great.

Dont know why He should be a Flop Till now. He clearly isnt. Minamino is in every case on the Up, this is a fact but its not easy to get regular into one of the world bests teams.

EPL is a toxic league for players which don't manage to make an immediate impact.

Even if a player managed to do so, if he loses his form for a short period he will be turned from hero to zero.

Negredo, Dzeko, Payet, Debuchy, and Demba Ba are among the examples I can recall now.

This is why I hate to see Japanese players or other talented players moving to England, unless the club are really interested in them and have plans of their adaptation in the team, the league, and the country (not a premature interest or a transfer for the sake of money laundering).

Okazaki and Yoshida succeeded due to hard work really. Also helped by fact Okazaki became the perfect SS to Vardy.

You don't want to overlook Okazaki and Yoshida's respective talents, though it's fair to say that their strong mental focus has kept their club careers going.

Taki is in a good place, really. He has one of the top coaches in the world trying to get the most of of him, and fans loyal enough to still be rooting for Origi and Shaqiri to grab some goals for the team.

5 minutes for Minamino in the historical defeat at home vs Atalanta.

Now, let's be honest: he need to go somewhere else asap. Loan to another EPL it will be fine. ZERO chances to find a place in this Liverpool in this season and 2022 is not so far.

watched the first half. very unconvincing. lost 50/50s due to lack of strength in the middle. not enough conviction when passing the ball. had one decent shot from outside the box, but overall very underwhelming.

I feel like his window of opportunities are going to start closing unless he puts up some numbers real soon.

I am sure he would've startded against Ajax if he would have been good against Brighton.

Scored a goal tonight in the Champions League, only to see his goal disallowed due to a handball by Mane (even though that hand
    ball seemed nonexistent).

Had this goal counted, Minamino would have scored the winner for Liverpool, and it would have done wonders to his confidence.

Minamino had a better match tonight compared to the matches against Brighton and Midtjylland (during both he last started). His pressing and off the ball movements were very good. His high pressing on the opponents caused one of their players to back-pass the ball under pressure and it fell directly to Mohammed Salah to score Liverpool's opener.

The next 2 months will be crucial to him as Liverpool will have no CL and League Cup matches, and they will have a stretch of 6 league matches without interruption until 8/January/2021.

Hence, no distraction for the team, and hopefully Minamino will get some playing minutes and SCORE.
