Cardiff probably think it's better to have us the in league next season, less competition for promotion (I hope).
British media are going to be unbearable with their Wayne Rooney coverage if Derby stay up. Come on Wednesday!
I watched the end, but I missed the final seconds because ESPN Plus has technical difficulties, which must be what happened to pookspur. The next Sheffield Wednesday topic will go in the Oher Divisions forum.
Exciting morning; but effing wank results. Could Derby be any more shite? Spurs hammered, too. I'm going back to bed.
And people calling for Moore's head over at owlstalk... Which I knew would happen. I don't agree. He's not got a lot to work with IMHO.
Yeah, Moore's going nowhere. Relegation was factored into his taking the job, I'm sure. It was a miracle they were still in it come May, let alone until the season's final whistle. I hate that WRDC* have stayed up. What's really painful is just how little either Wednesday or Rotherham had to do down the stretch to send them down ... and neither was up to it. It was a very exciting day, and from the sound of it, very solid performances from each to make it so. But however respectable the performances, the results weren't there, and it's the third division for both. What a load of shit. *Wayne Rooney's Derby CountyTM
what a disgrace. and that -6pts penalty really screwed us. well done to the club for that. getting what we deserve.
It's up. '21-'22 Sheffield Wednesday FC | BigSoccer Forum F*ck off, '20-'21. HMS Piss League 1 is about to set sail.
24th. smh. Chansiri takes the blame? hmmp. I hadn't thought of blaming him... JK. IF he doesn't screw around and break the rules we don't get -12, then graciously only reduced to -6, and instead of finishing dead last we finish 21st (which is still shit). Again, we're still a shit side and frankly I can't see us staying up in League 1 without a real struggle. @EvanJ yeah dude we're familiar with how the board works.
